Restaurant Franchising & Innovation Summit Europe 2017

After the Franchising & Innovation Summit in the US in March 2017, the event for system hospitality professionals will be held in London in July. The focus is on innovations that can be used to equip catering franchise systems for the future.

Speakers include, for example, Carl Howard, CEO of the Fazoli’s US food chain. He talks about how a seemingly failed brand could be brought back on the road to success. John Vincent, founder and CEO of the British catering system Leon, points out how he brings together fast food, healthy food and affordable prices. CaliBurger founder John Miller provides information on how robots can already be used in gastronomy today to improve service and optimize processes.

In addition, the event offers various panel discussions. On the agenda are, for example, supply chain management, budget-saving marketing and the use of new technologies. With Vapiano CEO Mario C. Bauer, a representative of a German franchise system is also represented. Together with John Aizlewood of Pizza Hut Europe, he describes how fast-casual pizza concepts are currently changing the delivery service market through the use of new oven technologies.

The Franchising & Innovation Summit Europe 2017 restaurant will be held at the Grange City Hotel in London from 18 to 20 July. Early bookers who decide to participate until April 21, 2017 will pay $ 295. After that the registration fee is $ 495, from July 15, 595 dollars.
